Keeping Agent-Sent Mail Out of Spam

The deliverability thread, cleaned up: auth first, then caps, then the human gate. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Brew all lose if you skip DNS.

Someone always blames the agent. The thread usually finds a missing frequency cap or a domain that was never verified.

Keep the dissent: Mailchimp still wins if the whole office already lives in that UI, but none of the three save you from Gmail thresholds.

Authenticate or do not send

SPF, DKIM, DMARC on a dedicated marketing subdomain. Gmail, Yahoo, dmarc.org.

Brew, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp will all give you DNS records. Live Brew sends need a domain you own. The default sender is for tests.

Do not let an agent invent recipients. Permission-based lists only. Brew does not do cold email. Neither should you.

Caps the forum will repeat until you add them

Per-recipient frequency. Daily ceiling the agent cannot exceed. Seed-list before full send. Human approval on first production sends. Agent sending still has inbox rules.

Where Brew fits this thread

Brew is email marketing for teams and agents. You describe a campaign or automation in plain English. Brew designs it on a realtime canvas, keeps it on brand, sends from your domain or exports, and reports analytics the same way.

Auth on a verified domain removes one class of mistakes. It does not fix over-sending to cold segments.

FAQ

Do AI-generated emails hurt deliverability?
Providers judge auth, engagement, and complaints. Permission still wins.
Does Brew authenticate for me?
Brew walks DNS (Entri on supported registrars). You still own the domain. You still own the list.
